Cabin Sleeps Up to 8 People ~~
3 Bedrooms Plus New Queen Sleeper Sofa, 2 Baths Rates (in US Dollars): Off Season Rates - January thru March: $1,000 per week; $175 per night. In Season Rates - April thru December: $1,150 per week; $195 per night. On the base rate you must add the North Carolina sales tax of 7.75%. There is a $200 refundable security deposit and a one time $75 cleaning fee. A deposit equal to 1/2 of the total fee (rate w/tax + security deposit + cleaning fee) is due when the reservations are made. The remaining 1/2 is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival date with a full refund minus a $50 cancellation/processing fee. VISA and MasterCard credit cards, as well as checks, are accepted.
